In order to provide our retail customers (end users) with the best service, all service inquiries should follow our four-step warranty process. We will honor our warranty and provide replacement parts or products, provided that you follow the four steps indicated. Please do not call or email customer service without first going through these four steps.

- Receipt must be provided (accepted in lieu of original receipt is a duplicate, dated receipt from the vendor with contact information or bank card statement)

We do not guarantee that our parts and products are compatible with those of other manufacturers or suppliers. We recommend KangerTech® clearomizer and atomizer/tank products to be used with the appropriate genuine KangerTech® batteries and accessories for optimum performance. If you use another MOD, battery, or parts that is not manufactured by KangerTech® we will not be responsible for poor or no vapor. Using other brands’ MOD, battery, or parts can cause air apertures to be blocked and/or impeded, which will result in poor or no vapor due to no airflow.
Customers assume all costs of shipping items back to us. Shipping costs incurred are non-refundable. All replacement products are shipped through USPS. We recommend using delivery confirmation/tracking when shipping package to us.
